    yeh go to USER CP at the top and go to edit avatar and then upload a pic and that should work

    for ur profile pic, user cp edit profile pic then press browse and it will take u to where ur pics are on ur pc, pick the pic u want and the just add it.

    yeah good luck...it often says it hasnt worked cos file to big but when you look at ur post it actually has!!!
