Mary, what have you got planned for losing weight? .......talk to yourself about the will power and your goal - thats what I did when I did the detox!!!

not a lot to be true!! eatin better n doin exercise am a very fussy n plain eater am afraid
n that the problem i eat to much junk n high fat stuff n sit on my backside just cant get the motivation goin!!

I just bought myself a Wii fit plus, Ive been doing half hour on that everyday, its a really good thing to have if you dont really have time to go to the gym etc, for me, least this way I am now actually getting some exercise!!!
Im sure you will be fine, just dont buy the crap food then you wont be tempted to eat it! I think that will be hard especially if there are other members of your family living with you, but you just have to stick to your goal - get some post it notes and stick them around your kitchen and put notes on them to deter you away from the nice to have but cant have foods LOL.... sounds crazy, but its a mind game thing!!
